Position Title: Light Assembler I

Position summary:

Assembles fabricated parts and other components to relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units.

Essential Functions:

• Assembles components of or final production using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
• Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);

Require 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related area. Works under immediate supervision.
